The Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame managed to break so many box office in the history of Hollywood films. The ensemble cast surely did it, especially when the Marvel Cinematic Universe has managed to build it all up. These movies showcased how powerful these superheroes are when they were fighting armies of aliens in different races. Then again, there are of course only a few who can be the most powerful Avengers.

Captain Marvel

When Captain Marvel was introduced in her standalone film in 2019, no one actually realized how powerful she is. The film showed how Carol Danvers went from a regular human to a superhuman when she absorbed the power of the Space Stone. The Russo brothers actually revealed that Captain Marvel is the most powerful character that they have included in the MCU. That was proven when she punched through the massive spaceship in Endgame. Her cosmic powers are basically coming from the tip of her hair down to her fingers. Unlike the other characters, she does not use any form of weapon which made her even more powerful.

Thor

Thor is powerful as he can be in most of the Avengers films. His powerful hammer was one of the sources of his strength in some of the films but it changed in Ragnarok. Hela destroyed his hammer, but he gained his strength from the lighting. Thor’s strength was tested when he had to help create his ax, which was the weapon that can kill Thanos. He also managed to survive being in space after Thanos killed half of his people in the Infinity War.

Scarlet Witch

Being able to destroy an Infinity Stone is something that not every Avenger can do. That is why when she destroys Vision’s mind stone in the Infinity War. Her telekinesis, telepathy, and energy manipulation was from the mind stone itself. Aside from that, she fights Thanos one-on-one in Endgame and almost killed if she didn’t compromise. She was also able to fight him even if he already got all the infinity stones on his gauntlet. Scarlet Witch is indeed one of the most underrated superheroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Captain America

In the Second World War, Steve Rogers is like another recruit. However, when the super-soldier serum was injected into him, it made him stronger than ever. Some people thought that Captain America would be nothing without his shield, but he proved everyone wrong.

Although that shield was a vibranium, his physical strength, and knowledge in combat made him powerful. The first avenger lifts Thor’s hammer, making him the only man to ever be worthy.
